Sadly, we don't accept retina payment processing or any other Jetson-like payment processing method that might be on the horizon at this time.
We are a Canadian-based company and only accept payment in $CAD at the moment. Customers from the USA can see their prices in $USD by using the handy-dandy toggle in the top right corner but you will ultimately be charged in $CAD. Not a big deal though since your money is worth way more than ours so you're actually saving lots as an American customer too!
All of our metal art is made to order. We typically capture payment 1-3 days from time of order and typically ship your order between 2-3 weeks from date of order depending on work load. We do guarantee your non-custom order will ship out of our facility in 3 weeks.

For the most part. We're pretty strong but not strong enough to cut through steel yet. So we rely on 75,000 psi of water pressure from our waterjet to cut our designs. After that, the rest of the process is handcrafted from hand-polishing the steel to masking, priming, painting and clear-coating. Our hands do some fine work!

We offer a 15 day easy return policy if you aren't fully satisfied with your art. Depending on the reason, we may cover the cost of shipping to return the art back to us or you may just have to cover the minimal cost to ship the art back to us.
You have 24 hours from the time you place your order to cancel. We work pretty quick around here (at least that's what my brothers wives say about them).
We typically allocate resources and schedule our machines within 24 hours of you placing your order. After the 24 hour period, orders are typically being processed and can't be cancelled but you can always reach out to us and we may be able to help outside of the 24-hour period.
This will be determined based on the reason for the return.
We donate 1.5% of every order to Children's Miracle Network.
We accumulate these donations over a 12 month period and donate a lump sum to Children's Miracle Network in January of each year based on order receipts from the previous calendar year.
We chose Children's Miracle Network for all donations as we all have kids and understand how difficult it would be if one of them was really sick or terminally ill. This is our way of giving a little back to a monumentally GOOD cause.
We aren't quite ready to offer a LIVE PREVIEW of our monograms on our site yet.
What we will do is after you place your order, we'll email you a rendering of your monogram n your specified color and get your approval prior to scheduling your monogram into production. This way, you can be sure your monogram looks the way you want it to prior to us actually processing your order.
